General Questions

Entry to the festival is completely FREE and all musical entertainment is FREE. However, the food and other attractions do cost money.

We expect large crowds on Friday and Saturday in Downtown Louisa. Parking is limited to what street parking is available, so be prepared to walk several blocks before you get to the heart of the festival.

There is a handicapped parking lot on Lock Ave. across from Giovanni's AND handicapped drop off available on Pike St. adjacent to Kelly Bros. Furniture and behind the Main Stage area.
We are aware our handicapped parking solution may not be ideal, but we are trying the best with what we have. There will be golf cart shuttles during peak hours to help transport those with mobility issues from their vehicles to the festival area.

Official hours are:
Friday- 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Saturday- 9:00 AM to 11:30PM
Vendors may set up beginning at 5 PM on Thursday.

Local law enforcemen will begin closing affected streets at 5 PM on Thursday.
Vendor set-up begins at 5PM on the Thursday.

Call 9-1-1 if you are having a medical emergency. That’s just good advice regardless of whether you are at Septemberfest or not.
Additionally, EMT services will be present at Septemberfest and are stationed in front of Eastern Kentucky Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapy near the intersection of Main St. and Main Cross St.

There’s no need for tickets! All musical entertainment is 100% Free for the whole family!

There is no available seating at either stage, but you are free to bring your own chair! Be aware that space is limited.

No. We’re sorry, but you are not allowed to bring your own cooler. Space is limited and we want to maximize the number of people that are able to enjoy space around the stage.

No, you cannot. Any chairs left unattended by the stage for over 20 minutes will be removed and set aside for you to collect upon your eventual return.

No. There is no alcohol permitted at Septemberfest.

Ride prices vary and are set by the carnival operator. Some rides may require tickets. This is out of our control.
